The $200 million, 24 story, 298 room Trump International Hotel & Tower (Condotel) will encompass two buildings on a two acre city block. The hotel and tower will consist of 150 studios, 75 one bedroom and 73 two bedrooms. It will have approximately 200 feet of direct oceanfront. Most residences will have a magnificent view of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway from every room.

The six story building close to the ocean will contain a top of the line five star restaurant. The second to the fifth floor will be condominium units. The sixth floor is reserved for weddings, parties and catered events.

In the past few years Fort Lauderdale Beach has been sprouting luxury condos and condo hotels. Condos in Fort Lauderdale such as the L'Ambiance and the L'Hermitage are recent additions to Galt Ocean Mile. Along the Beach in Fort Lauderdale just north of Las Olas Blvd. a new concept in condominiums ownership has begun. Pioneering this concept has been the following either recently completed or under construction.
